The NTF and the Ministry of International Relations and Trade (MIRT) will conduct regional workshops about the TOAM. The aim is to introduce the TOAM platform to the clearing agents and customs border officials and train them how to use the platform to report obstacles and challenges they experience when exporting. The TOAM provides an online platform whereby clearing agents and traders can report their challenges with regard to imports and exports; once these matters are reported online, the customs officials and other government agencies will provide solutions to these challenges. The TOAM platform is a global platform launched by the International Trade Centre, which standardizes how trade obstacles are reported by businesses in various countries. It also makes it easier for the reports to remain online for tracking and monitoring. The decision-makers can rely on this important information when drafting policies to resolve trade obstacles.

The workshops will take place in the following towns and dates:

  1. Katima Mulilo – 2 February 2026 (09:00 to 13:00)
  2. Goma – 03 February 2026 (09:00 to 13:00)
  3. Katwitwi – 05 Feb 2026 (09:00 to 13:00)
  4. Oshikango – 06 Feb 2026 (09:00)

Please note: the stakeholders will only be invited directly
