Project Description

The TOAM is an online platform connecting companies and  government institutions and trade agencies to exchange information about trade regulations and procedures between the private and public sectors. It helps institutions to foster cooperation with various entities involved in trade and to resolve their challenges reported through the online platform.

Main Objectives:

The TOAM allows for:

  • Companies to submit online reports about challenges they encounter, which will directly alert the responsible agencies.
  • Policy makers and trade support institutions to respond to the obstacles encountered by the private sector and implement appropriate policies.
  • National agencies can monitor and track the obstacles and challenges at an intra-regional level
