CONGESTION: Ever since the festive season kicked in, the number of vehicles on roads in the North has more than doubled, so much so that traffic lights alone are no longer enough to ensure the flow of vehicles in urban centres such as Oshakati. Congestion has made it necessary for traffic officers to step in to prevent traffic jams. Parking space at shopping complexes has also become a serious issue.
